Parish Facility Scheduling

RESERVATION REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE

Use of the Emmaus Catholic Parish/Queen of Angels meeting spaces is intended for parish ministries, Faith Formation groups, liturgies and other groups affiliated with Emmaus. All outside groups require approval from the facility scheduler before a space can be reserved and a rental fee could be incurred depending on reservation request. Please use the Parish Facilities Calendar of Events to determine if the space you desire is available prior to attempting to schedule it.

To determine the meeting space you would like to use, refer to the Parish Facility Diagrams and/or the Campus Site Map.

Emmaus liturgies and Emmaus Faith Formation will be given priority in the assignment of parish meeting spaces. All other groups will be accommodated as space permits.

Use of the Parish Life Center Kitchen requires the completion of an additional form to be printed and submitted to the Parish Office at least one week prior to the event. Download the Emmaus Kitchen Use Rules from the link on the left column.

Anyone using these facilities is expected to police the space after their event and leave it in the same condition it was when they arrived. The contact name will be called if the space is found to have been left in poor condition and will be expected to return to the site to finish cleaning it up or storing materials left out. An alternate contact can be indicated but, in the failure to reach them, the primary contact will be called.

Any expenses required to repair and or perform special cleaning will be charged to the group using the space. A pattern of continued abuse of the privilege of using Emmaus Catholic Parish facilities may result in revocation of such privileges for your organization.
